 Wedding Packages Release (Complete Wedding Coordination) NorVondei's comprehensive wedding package is specifically designed for today's busy couple who simply do not have the time to make arrangements for the most spectacular and memorable day of their lives. Before the wedding, NorVondei will: - Provide a Complementary Consultation via in-person or by telephone
- Provide unlimited e-mails and phone calls
- Attend final meeting with the banquet manager and/or caterer
- Retrieve names and phone numbers to all vendors used
- Contact all selected vendors to confirm arrangemetns, delivery times, etc.
- Meet Officiant, musicians and readers to address any concerns
- Provide at least 1 representative of NorVondeis to attend your rehearsal
- A five hour meeting prior to the wedding to discuss the final details fo the actual wedding day
- Alert you as to what and when things need to be done
- Guidance with etiquette and other issues as they arise
- Provide RSVP service
- Refer at least 4 vendors in each category such as limousine, entertainment, etc.
- Monitor budget and payment schedule
- Reminder of necessary items which need to be taken care of pertaining to the wedding
- Design the flow of the day
- Prepare wedding timeline
- Provide a month-to -month wedding planning checklist
- Offer advice on necessary permits
- Create a detailed wedding day timeline and distribute to the wedding party and vendors
- Offer suggestions on invitation and program selection
- Assist on seating chart and place cards
- Assist with menu and/or beverage selections
- Attend tasting if needed
- Assist with venue search, selection, and contract negotiations for ceremony and reception
- Schedule and attend site visits and vendor meetings when necessary
- Assist in shopping for wedding gown (Maximum three salon visits)
- Attend last fitting
- Assist in tuxedo selections
- Research options for hotel accomodations, group room blocks, activities, tours, dinners, transportation
- Provide you with sample questions important to ask during vendor interviews
- Be the liaison between you and your family, bridal party, and vendors throughout the planning process to create a seamless event
- Assist with wedding theme, color, and selection of decor, invitations, programs, favors, linens, attendant gifts, attire, etc.
Rejuvenate (Partial Planning Service) This package is designed for couples who started the wedding planning process but became overwhelmed and need someone to take over the essential elements. Before the wedding NorVondei will: - Provide a Complimentary Consultation via in-person or by telephone

- Contact all selected vendors to confirm arrangements, delivery times, etc.

- Provide a checklist of whom is responsible for taking home gifts, cake topper, bridal portrait, keepsakes, etc.
- Provide at least 1 representative of NorVondeis to attend your rehearsal
- A three hour meeting prior to the wedding to discuss the final details of the actual wedding day
- Alert you as to what and when things need to be done
- Guidance with etiquette and other issues as they arise

Relax (Wedding Day Coordination) This package is for the couple who have booked their vendors and planned their entire wedding from beginning to end but need someone to manage all the details so they can relax and enjoy their special day. Before the wedding NorVondei will: - Meet with the bride and groom 6 weeks prior to the wedding day to ensure all the details have been conveyed thoroughtly
- Attend final meeting with the banquet manager and/or caterer
- Retrieve names and phone numbers to all vendors used
- Contact all selected vendors to confirm arrangements, delivery times,etc.
- A two hour meeting prior to the wedding to discuss the final details of the actual wedding day
- Provide a checklist of whom is responsible for taking home gifts, cake topper, bridal portrait, keepsakes, ect.
- Provide at least 1 representative of NorVondeis to attend your rehearsal
- At the rehearsal we'll meet the Officiant, musicians and readers to address any concerns
- We customize every package according to your needs
- All packages include an extensive list of items that NorVondei will provide on the wedding day
- Additonal services such as planning the bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, creating invitations, and wrapping favors will cost an additional fee. Prices may vary.
